AHRS - G Series

The attitude and heading reference system (AHRS) is a compact and light inertial measurement unit that can replace your traditional mechanical gyro without compromising your safety. Unlike the majority of mechanical gyros, our AHRS series is designed to work in full 360 degrees of pitch and roll with an unbelievable accuracy.  There is an embedded Engine POD that allows you to monitor up to 25 gauges along with Static and Dynamic Pressure connections for a complete Primary Flight Display - Engine Monitoring System weighting only 14 oz!

Solutions for PC users...

You can now monitor your airplane's performance on your PC. All you need is a computer with two COM ports running Windows XP or higher. That's it! By downloading our FREE primary flight and engine monitoring software on your computer you can have a complete EFIS. Blue-tooth connections are also available* per customer's request.

Want a Rugged Brighter Solution ?

We have done our research. The new EFIS-1831fills in the technology gap experienced by pilots when integrating a PC into their cockpit. This Touch-screen Multi-function system is sun-readable, vibration resistant, heat-resistant and has multiple inputs for external hardware integration such as monitors, traffic avoidance instrumentation and much more!

Upgrade Anytime!

Let us know when you are ready to upgrade your Engine pod. We'll send you an easy-to-plug module or you can send your box to us to be re-conditioned, re-calibrated and upgraded by our technicians at no extra cost. Any off-the shelf probes can be used as long as their output is compatible with the requirements in the following table:

Installation has never been easier...

Every AHRS comes with a complete installation package that will save you time and money. Instead of going trough the tedious process of soldering/connecting each engine probe's output to a wiring harness, now you can bring all your outputs to an easy-to access terminal board that snaps in place anywhere on the airplane. All cables from the terminal board to the AHRS box and from the AHRS box to the computer are included.

Calibrating has never been simpler...

There is no limitation on what brand/style probe you want to buy. Every AHRS comes with a flexible and intuitive free calibration software that allows you to calibrate each gauge to your standards. Only two data points are required to calibrate most gauges (a low and a high reading) regardless of the type of probe.

Is it the right EMS for your Aircraft?...

The answer is YES. We don't offer a standard Engine Monitoring System for a specific aircraft, we offer a complete EMS that you can customize to your airplane's capabilities. You decide which gauges to display, when to display them, what units to use and the limits of each gauge depending on your aircraft's engine model.

Helicopter Package...coming soon!

Kit-helicopters will finally have an EMS designed just for them. Inputs such as auxiliary fuel tanks are usually not applicable on a helicopter, thus allowing room for more relevant gauge inputs that could potentially enhance situational awareness when flying a helicopter. Additional inputs include but are not limited to:

    -     Rotor RPM

    -     Transmission Pressure

    -     Coolant Temperature and Pressure

    -     Outside Temperature

    -     Carburetor Temperature
