This Touch-screen Multi-function system is sun-readable, vibration resistant, heat-resistant and has multiple inputs for external hardware integration such as monitors, traffic avoidance instrumentation and much more!. If you are looking to expand your cockpit's capabilities, a PC based EFIS gives you all the flexibility you need. EFIS-1831 is the combination of a sun-readable LCD and a solid-state touch-screen computer running Windows XP Professional. You can rotate the screen and easily adjust brightness with an external manual dimmer for night flying. 
PFD EMS Depending on your selection of AHRS you can enjoy complete Primary Flight Display and Engine Monitoring functions. Our industry proven attitude and heading reference system operates in full 360 degrees of pitch and roll and use highly reliable solid-state sensors (3 Gyros, 3 Accelerometers and 3-axis magnetometer). This 'ALL-in-One" unit is embedded with an engine POD, saving you money and eliminating the hassle of installing two separate instruments. 
GPS Navigation EFIS-1831 comes standard with the popular APIC MAP, from approach systems. This GPS moving map is designed just for pilots to facilitate navigation to and from your desired destination. Features such as near-airports, terrain warning and approach plates are designed to enhance situational awareness and take your flying experience to the next level.

Switching to EFIS-1831 is an easy and cost effective process since most of the analog probes already inside your aircraft are compatible with the AHRS-G series. A Calibration Software will guide you step by step when tuning your gauges and you will have a touch-screen glass cockpit in no time. GLASS to GLASS If you are familiar with glass cockpits installation, then switching to EFIS-1831 is a no-brainer. Most standard probes are compatible with the AHRS-G series and can also be easily obtained off-the shelf. The AHRS-G Plus comes ready to install, with clip-on terminals to facilitate the installation process and maintenance.
